Microsoft t-shirts?

You see what they did there?
It looks like that ad agency Microsoft hired came up with a decent idea: tap into the 80’s aesthetic of beige keyboards and King’s Quest games on 5 1/4″ floppy disks. It’s actually not a bad counterpoint to Apple’s spacey THX brand that no one has found an answer to […]

Colorware

Want a pink Nintendo Wii? A Pulp Fiction-looking brown and gold iMac? Want to add a couple hundred dollars to these things?
Take a look at Colorware, which I found after I kept seeing ads for pink iPhones.

apparently behance likes me

Behance just featured my portfolio on the front of the site, and also featured the other sound design ad I did for Sony Bravia.
This is what my email looked like today:

heysandi.com launched

Sandi’s beautiful new design portfolio is finished and online at:

Design supersite Behance has started a portfolio site, and my (imaginary) clip for BMW was picked as a featured project today.
They say: “Our editorial team features a small number of projects every day. With hundreds of options, we only pick a few that promote new thinking.”

Have a look around his mind-blowing portfolio site, including the video where he shows off some sort of nano-tech material that morphs into whatever you need it to be.
Very “Biology Era”-ish stuff, […]

jonathan’s sound design portfolio

I’m putting together a portfolio site for my sound design stuff.
These are a couple ads I’ve finished where I took the original soundtrack and replaced it with my own music (full screen at bottom right):

Saw this near Studio B in Greenpoint/Williamsburg after the Modeselektor show.
Anybody know who it is?

Nanotube: pretty flash game

Wouldn’t the world be better if everything looked more like Tron?
Nanotube is a simple flash game that only uses the left and right arrow keys. I found it via the wonderful art newsletter/website Lost at E Minor.
